Largest physiotherapy clinic in Campbell River region with lot's of parking
Client base: Private, WCB, ICBC, Veterans, MSP
PT Aide to help with cleaning, treatment set up, managing files
Using JANE for scheduling
What we offer the right candidate:
10k - 15k - Hiring Bonus
$61-100/hr
Benefits (dental care, extended health care, flexible schedule, on-site parking, paid time off, tuition reimbursement)
Walk into an established client load - with room for growing a new client base
Preference given to full time PT - 37.5 hours or equivalent
Part time considered
PT can be an Independent Contractor with a split
PT could be an employee as well with a fee split
Starting ASAP or earliest convenience
Flexible on hours worked and work days in clinic
Mentorship in FCAMPT, PT & 2nd PT with 20+ years of industry experience, Orthopedic & Needling - IMS / Acupuncture
Mentorship plan available
Flexible in working at the pace the PT feels comfortable - booking / scheduling / management of case load to the PT's discretion.
Clinic is multidisciplinary with PT / OT / MT and looking to provide wider scope of health care professionals
Responsibilities:
Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement treatment plans using various techniques such as exercise, manual therapy, and electrotherapy
Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for self-care and injury prevention
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field
Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist
Proven experience in providing patient care
Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
